We will be using several mixed media art techniques to create a custom painting of your own. No artistic skills necessary.

Your Instructor
As the oldest of seven children, Jessica has been teaching her entire life. She quickly discovered teaching and learning go hand in hand; as she had to learn a thing before she could pass it on. Jessica passionately believes in life-long learning, that you can’t possibly know “it all”, and the learning process itself can be fun.
Working thoughtfully as a Technical Writer at a software company by day, Jessica casually discovered Mixed Media Art. For years, every spare lunch hour and free weekend was spent learning online or painting in real life. As a writer, she documented a lot of her experiences and lessons. Jessica began to draw her friends into the activities and found that her joy in the experience multiplied when shared with others. Quite naturally, she organized the experience into steps and developed an easy to follow curriculum. Writing curriculum lead to hosting classes, teaching classes lead to creating a small business, and before she knew it she was writing books and ecourses.
Now, a mother of twins, Jessica continues learning how to teach and impart wisdom, simply. Her focus is on raising children who are life-long learners; children who enjoy learning, and are capable of learning something from every experience.
With the active support of her husband, Jessica is teaching more people on multiple platforms.
